» Who can access this site?
This site is strictly for trade customers only. Full access, including the ability to order, is only given to authorised users who have completed our registration process. If you would like to apply for a trade account with us, please fill out this application form. We aim to review your registration application within 7 days. If you are a member of the public and are interested in buying our products, you can view our online stockists here.
» How do I pay for my order?
All new customers must initially pay on a proforma basis using a Debit or Credit card, You will be prompted to pay before completing your order. A credit account can be applied for after completing three proforma payments.Trade customers who have a credit account can checkout without making a payment and you will be invoiced in the usual way. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
» When will I receive my order?
If an order contains both pre-order and in stock items we will despatch in stock items ASAP and pre-order lines when they are delivered. If you require all products to be delivered at the same time, please contact the office ASAP to advise a requested delivery date. For further delivery information please also contact the office where a member of the team can advise when we are expecting delivery
» What is the minimum order value and how much is delivery?
The minimum order value is £150 net which includes carriage for mainland UK
Carriage charges outside the mainland UK (including Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Island of Mann and Eire) will vary on weight and delivery location and will be advised prior to despatch.

» My shop is outside the UK. Can I order from you?
We welcome orders from outside the UK, Please visit our dedicated EU site that ships directly from the Netherlands or please contact the office for further information.
We have distributors in France, Germany, Scandinavia, Italy, Spain and Eastern Europe selling various products from our ranges. Please contact our sale office for more details.
» Do you have a brochure?
Registered users of this site can download our brochures. If you require a hard copy of our brochures, please contact the sales office on 01225 473873 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
» Can a sales person visit me in my shop?
We have area sales representatives operating throughout the country. If you require a visit please contact the sales office.
» Where can I find your full terms and conditions?
