We welcome new and existing customers based in the UK.

There are different ways to order from us, either here on this site, at a tradeshow, with a sales person in your shop, direct with our friendly office team or on Faire.com using this link….https://faire.com/direct/halfmoonbay (Please note that Faire.com has its own terms and conditions.)

Ordering from this site 

To gain full access and order on this website new customers need to click on Sign Up at the top of the homepage and complete the application form. We will only give access to legitimate businesses and we reserve the right to deny full access.

All new trade customers must initially pay on a proforma basis using a Debit or Credit card. No payment is taken from this site. Customer Service will send you an order confirmation explaining how to make payment (Online, BACS or over the phone). Please note pro forma invoices are only kept for 7 days, if no payment is made within 7 days the order will be cancelled.

Trade customers who have a credit account can checkout without making a payment and will be invoiced in the usual way, in line with the agreed payment terms.

If an order contains both in stock and out of stock items we will despatch in stock items straightaway and other lines when they next come back into stock. If you require all products to be delivered at the same time, please contact the office ASAP to advise a requested delivery date. 

In stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 2 working days of receipt with DPD and should be with you the next working day. Larger orders and peak periods may experience a longer lead time.

Minimum order and delivery charges

All amounts are exclusive of VAT.

Mainland UK New Orders: The minimum order value for free shipping is £150. Orders under £150 can be shipped at the cost of £10. 

Mainland UK Back Ordered Items: If you have already been in receipt of an order and have back-order items outstanding from the same delivery we can ship free charge if the value is over £75. Under £75 these can be shipped at the cost of £10.

Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man: The minimum order for free shipping is £300. Minimum order value is £150. Orders between £150 -  £299 can be shipped at the cost of £20.
