Established in 1995 the company currently employs over 65 people from an office in Bath, warehouse in Warminster as well as an office in Dongguan, China. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

SALES

CORE SALES TEAM LEADER

Position: Core Sales Team Leader

Reports to: Marketing & Sales Office Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating a team of 2 direct reports.
  • Ownership of Core Sales target.
  • Ensuring targets and KPIs are met, including sales, invoicing, promotions and any other objective set by the Marketing & Sales Office Manager.
  • Strategic planning [with the Marketing & Sales Office Manager] of sales contact with the customer database.
  • Support the customer retention process (lapses accounts).
  • Leadership of prospecting strategy.
  • Managing and handling the new enquiry process.
  • Reporting on all aspects of weekly sales activity including customer interactions and orders taken.
  • Overseeing the CRM package and ensuring all our customers are contacted on a regular basis.
  • Handling own accounts.
  • Working closely with Marketing to develop a combined Sales & Marketing strategy.
  • Ensuring the team are productive each day and on track to deliver goals.
  • Reporting daily and weekly activity to the Marketing & Sales Office Manager to ensure the team are in-line with current objectives. 

Skills Required:

Experience:

You will be experienced in business to business sales and/or account management and will have at least one-year experience of team leading and supervision. You will be from a working background with energy, buzz and drive and wanting to create your own sales environment that meets your own high standards. With a conscientious and focused approach, you will want to offer the best possible experience for your clients and ensure your team follow your lead. You will be able to spot a great opportunity and thrive in the challenge of growing your existing client base with new customers and increasing existing customers' annual spend. You will have the confidence to spend a large proportion of your day proactively contacting clients to achieve new sales, upsell previous back orders and inform our clients of new product launches.

SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

We are currently recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator, the ideal candidate would have 2+ years' experience within a similar role, fantastic organisational skills, positive attitude and a real enthusiasm for product.

Position: Sales Support Coordinator

Reports to: Head of Key Account

Salary: Dependant on experience

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Account Managers with all aspects of the company's Key Accounts.
  • Liasing with retail customers, providing all information required to pre-ordering.
  • Completing all customer forms within timeframes given, such as New Supplier forms, line forms etc.
  • Managing customer samples requests and working within wider teams to ensure samples are sent as required.
  • Receiving POs and ensuring all actions are followed through including packing and labelling requirements.
  • Assisting with all Bespoke projects on behalf of Account Managers, liasing with Product Development and Production, ensuring all projects follow critical path and action as required to keep projects moving.
  • Working closely with Operations once orders are receieved, ensuring they have all information to place orders and ensure delivery on time.
  • Assisting Account Managers with all preparation and follow up actions for customer meetings.
  • Pulling together spreadsheets with all information required for price quotes and product information.
  • Working closely with wider teams to keep orders moving including Product Development, Finance and Technical.
  • Providing sales reports on a monthly and weekly basis.
  • Attending customer meetings as required.
  • Assisting in reveiwing all departmental processes, helping streamline the department to ensure it is working efficiently.
  • Managing all filing systems of pricing, customer documents etc.
  • Attending tradeshows where required.

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years working within a Sales Support role dealing with highstreet multiples and grocers.
  • Knowledge of working with Bespoke products and managing critical paths.
  • Experience within the Home, Gift, Stationery or Book industry would be an advantage.
  • Advanced IT skills especially in Outlook, Excel and CRM packages.
  • Must be efficient, organised and accurate.
  • Team player but with the ability to self-motivate and make things happen.
  • Lives within one hour of Bath with a Full Clean UK driving licence.
