» Who can access this site?

This site is strictly for TRADE customers only. Full access, including the ability to order, is only given to authorised users who have completed our registration process. We aim to repsond to registration enquiries within 24 hours.

» How do I pay for my order?

Payments cannot be made through this website. Trade customers who have a credit account with us will be invoiced in the usual way. New customers must pay by proforma. Our sales office will contact all new customers. Please see Terms and Conditions for further information.

» What is the minimum order value and how much is delivery?

The minimum order value is £75. Carriage within the mainland UK is £10, unless your order is more than £250 and then carriage will be free!

Carriage charges outside the mainland UK (including Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland,  Isle of Wight, Island of Mann and Eire) will vary on weight and delivery location and will be advised prior to despatch.

» My shop is outside the UK. Can I order from you?

We welcome orders from outside the UK however we are restricted in what we can supply due to licensing contracts. We require proforma payment on all orders from outside the UK. Carriage will depend on weight and the delivery location and will be charged at cost prior to shipment. We can also deliver to a UK freight forwarder. Please contact the office for further information.

We also have distributors in France, Germany, Scandinavia, Italy, Spain and Eastern Europe selling various products fom our range. Please contact our sale office for more details.

» Do you have a brochure?

Registered users of this site can download our brochures. If you require a hard copy of our brochures please contact sales office.

» Can a sales person visit me in my shop?

We have freelance sales agents operating throughout the country. If you require a visit please contact the sales office.

» Where can I find your full terms and conditions?
