Ordering:
Placing an order with HMB on this website does not constitute acceptance of that order by HMB. HMB reserves the right not to supply either new or existing customers. HMB may cancel orders or make part deliveries without notice.
Orders and Carriage
Orders over £250 are carriage paid within the mainland UK otherwise the carriage charge is £6.00. Minimum order is £75.00. Carriage charges outside the mainland UK will vary on weight and delivery location and will be advised prior to despatch. All prices above are net of VAT.
Prices:
Prices quoted are per single product item. HMB reserves the right to alter prices without notice. Payment: Payment terms are net value 30 days from the date of invoice. HMB reserves the right to issue proforma invoices to new or existing customers. HMB may choose to assign invoices to HSBC Invoice Financing Limited. In this situation payment needs to be made direct to HSBC Invoice Financing Limited.
Late Payment:
HMB reserves the right to charge interest on a daily basis from the date payment is due until the date payment is received. The basis of the interest will be 1.5% per month. All costs incurred in recovering overdue debts including legal expenses will be payable by the customer.
Returns:
Returned goods will only be accepted with written authorisation by HMB. Claims for shortages or damages must be notified to HMB in writing within 7 working days of the receipt of goods. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Title and Risk:
Until HMB has been paid in full for all goods supplied, property in any such goods remain with HMB, although all risk passes in the customer at the time of delivery.
